Please enter your information according to the contents of the Sign-up form. Upon completion of registration, a verification e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Once your e-mail address has been verified, you will be able to "Sign-in" .
Click the Sign-in button on the BOW homepage to go to “My page”.
Please enter your detailed information, qualifications, skills, education, and work experience in the "My profile" and " My Resume" menus on the My page.
Please upload the required documents from the "Documents" menu on My page.
If you are unable to prepare certificates, you do not need to upload them.
Once the documents have been uploaded, your application is ready to be submitted.
Click the "Apply Now" button on the details page of the job you wish to apply for.
You can check the status of your application from the "Applied jobs" menu on "My page".

You will have an interview with the BOW staff online. More information about the interview will be sent by message or by Messenger
In the interview, we will check your career background, educational background, Japanese language ability, desired conditions, etc., and introduce the contents and conditions of the job you apply for.

The first step in proceeding to the selection process is document screening. We will ask the recruiting company to check your resume.
*Resume will be created by BOW, but we may check necessary items, so make sure to check the contact from BOW frequently.
After passing the document screening, we will prepare for the interview.
Interviews with recruiting companies will be held once or twice. (online or face-to-face) Before the interview with the recruiting company, you will have an interview with the BOW staff in terms of information sharing such as Japanese language advice, clothing, and schedule.
BOW staff will contact you as soon as a job offer is confirmed.
We also discuss economic conditions, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
After the job offer is confirmed, we will prepare for your joining the company.
Especially when applying for a visa, communication with our staff will increase, so please check contact from BOW frequently.
It takes about one to two months from application to issuance of a visa.
*The number of days it takes to issue a visa varies depending on the immigration congestion situation and the situation of the foreigner himself/herself.
Once the visa is issued, it’s time to start working.
