1 .We will not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining the User’s prior consent, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.

   5. Process of accepting the User’s request.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the information shall not be deemed as a third party.

1. Where BOW entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary for achieving the Purpose of Utilization.
2. Cases where Personal Information is provided upon business succession by merger or other reasons.
3. Cases in which personal data to be jointly utilized by a specified person, and when a principal has in advance been informed, or a state has been in a place where a User can easily know to that effect as well as of the categories of the jointly utilized personal data, the scope of a jointly utilizing person, the utilization purpose for the utilizing person and the name or appellation of a person responsible for controlling the said personal data.

1. When requested to disclose personal information by the User, BOW shall disclose it to the User without delay.

However, if disclosure falls under any of the following conditions, the disclosure may not be made in whole or part.

If we decide not to disclose, you will be notified to that effect without delay. We will be charging the handling fee of 1,000 JPY per case in the case of disclosure of personal information.

1. Cases where it is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party.

3. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the information shall not be deemed as a third party.

1. Where BOW entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary for achieving the Purpose of Utilization.
2. Cases where there is a risk of a significant hindrance to the proper implementation of our operations.
3. Any other violation of laws or regulations.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed.

1. If the User’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the User can claim the correction, addition, or deletion of the personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) in writing by the procedures specified by BOW.

2. If we receive a request from the User in the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to respond to that request, we will correct the personal information without delay.

3. Based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, when we make corrections, or if we decide not to make corrections, we will notify the User without delay. “

1. We will conduct the necessary investigation without delay if the suspension of the use or the deletion requested by the User in writing that the personal information is being treated beyond the scope of the purpose of the use or it has been obtained by a fraudulent process.

2. Suspension of use of personal information will proceed without delay if it is deemed necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation outlined in the preceding paragraph.

3. We will notify the User without delay of any suspension of use or any decisions not to suspend the use of personal information under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where suspension of use requires a large amount of money or other cases in which it is difficult to suspend, necessary alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the User.

The contents of this Policy shall be subject to change without notice to the User, except in laws and regulations and other matters otherwise provided for in this Policy.
