BOW collects names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other personal information about Users as they fill out forms in this Service or any different appropriate manner concerning this Service. In connection with this Service, Users and our partners (including information providers, advertisers, Ad delivery destinations, etc., are referred to as “Partners”) may collect information related to transaction records or Users’ payment information.

The purpose of our collection and use of personal information is as follows.

2. To provide information to job seekers and recruiting companies in this Service
3. To respond to User inquiries (including identification)
4. To send an email with the information on new features, updates, campaigns, and other services provided by BOW of this Service used by the User

BOW shall change the Purpose of Utilization of Personal Information only if the Purpose of Utilization is reasonably deemed relevant before the change. At the time of change in the purpose of use, BOW is publishing the changed purpose on this website as prescribed in Article 9.

1 .We will not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining the User’s prior consent, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.

1. Cases in which there is a need to protect human life, body, or fortune, and when it is difficult to obtain a User’s consent.
2. Cases in which there is a special need to enhance public hygiene or promote fostering healthy children, and when it is difficult to obtain a User’s consent.
3. Cases in which there is a need to cooperate with a central government organization, a local government, or a person entrusted by them performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and when there is a possibility that obtaining a User’s consent would interfere with the performance of the said affairs.
4. If the following matters have been notified or made public in advance and that BOW has submitted the Personal Information Protection Commission:
   1. Including provision to third parties in the purpose of use.
   2. Items of data provided to third parties.
   3. Means or methods of provision to third parties.
   4. The act of suspending the provision of personal information to a third party at the User’s request.
   5. Process of accepting the User’s request.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the information shall not be deemed as a third party.

1. Where BOW entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary for achieving the Purpose of Utilization.
2. Cases where Personal Information is provided upon business succession by merger or other reasons.
3. Cases in which personal data to be jointly utilized by a specified person, and when a principal has in advance been informed, or a state has been in a place where a User can easily know to that effect as well as of the categories of the jointly utilized personal data, the scope of a jointly utilizing person, the utilization purpose for the utilizing person and the name or appellation of a person responsible for controlling the said personal data.

1. When requested to disclose personal information by the User, BOW shall disclose it to the User without delay.

However, if disclosure falls under any of the following conditions, the disclosure may not be made in whole or part.

If we decide not to disclose, you will be notified to that effect without delay. We will be charging the handling fee of 1,000 JPY per case in the case of disclosure of personal information.

1. Cases where it is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party.
2. Cases in which there is a special need to enhance public hygiene or promote fostering healthy children, and when it is difficult to obtain a User’s consent.
3. Cases in which there is a need to cooperate with a central government organization, a local government, or a person entrusted by them performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and when there is a possibility that obtaining a User’s consent would interfere with the performance of the said affairs.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the information shall not be deemed as a third party.

1. Where BOW entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary for achieving the Purpose of Utilization.
2. Cases where there is a risk of a significant hindrance to the proper implementation of our operations.
3. Any other violation of laws or regulations.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed.

1. If the User’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the User can claim the correction, addition, or deletion of the personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) in writing by the procedures specified by BOW.

2. If we receive a request from the User in the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to respond to that request, we will correct the personal information without delay.

3. Based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, when we make corrections, or if we decide not to make corrections, we will notify the User without delay. “

1. We will conduct the necessary investigation without delay if the suspension of the use or the deletion requested by the User in writing that the personal information is being treated beyond the scope of the purpose of the use or it has been obtained by a fraudulent process.

2. Suspension of use of personal information will proceed without delay if it is deemed necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation outlined in the preceding paragraph.

3. We will notify the User without delay of any suspension of use or any decisions not to suspend the use of personal information under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where suspension of use requires a large amount of money or other cases in which it is difficult to suspend, necessary alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the User.

The contents of this Policy shall be subject to change without notice to the User, except in laws and regulations and other matters otherwise provided for in this Policy. Except as otherwise provided by BOW, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is published on this website.
