Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting customers using our services that provide Wi-Fi routers
and SIM cards to foreigners living in Japan. The role will gradually expand to include phone support as you build up product knowledge.
Main Tasks:
Respond to product-related inquiries via email and chat, including requests such as changes to accommodation or
delivery addresses, compatibility of overseas devices, connection speed concerns, and return procedures.
- Approx. 60 emails and 10 chat inquiries per day
- Work in collaboration with other full-time staff and part-time employees
Process orders from customers by translating them into Japanese and preparing the necessary shipment documentation.
- Include delivery timelines and accommodation details
- Responsible for packing and shipping products
