● Training After Joining
After joining the company, you will receive training from a dedicated trainer on how to make sushi and how to manage a store as a store manager.
Around one year after joining, you will debut as the manager of a take-out sushi shop.
Please be assured that all the knowledge and skills required will be acquired through our post-entry training.

After gaining experience as a store manager, we offer job rotation opportunities based on
your personal preferences, strengths, and the needs of the company.
The shortest record of promotion is after 5 years with the company.

Training Program
Practical Training (3 months):
Conducted at a specialized training facility, with hands-on instruction by a dedicated trainer using manuals.
Training includes hygiene procedures, how to handle knives, sushi preparation (robot-assisted for nigiri and rolled sushi),
and fish preparation—covering all essential skills for store operations.

Store Management Training (6–9 months):
Through on-the-job training, you will acquire essential skills in performance management, store condition monitoring,
and labor management with the guidance of experienced trainers.

Off-JT (Off-the-Job Training):
You will study the principles of chain store management, learn how to analyze store performance data, gain knowledge of fish products and labor laws,
and develop business acumen through training in communication and interpersonal influence.

Normal business 8 hours a day from 8:00 to 22:00

Annual holidays: 110 days

■Monday holidays: 8th to 10th

・Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or BJT score of 480 or higher

Holders of Specified Skilled Worker
(Type II – Food Service Industry)
・ Applicants must have already obtained the Specified Skilled Worker Type II visa in the Food Service Industry category.
